There are a wide array of CX events to attend, so we put together a list of the ones we think are not to be missed!

CXPA Insight Exchange, May 3-4, Atlanta USA

The Customer Experience Professionals Association’s Insight Exchange is the perfect opportunity to do some serious networking, as you’ll be surrounded by 300 Customer Experience professionals and small discussion groups mean that there are many opportunities to mingle. Keynote speakers include Renee Cacchillo – Senior Vice President of Customer, Brand and Technology at Safelite Group, and Curtis Kopf – Vice President of Customer Experience at Premera Blue Cross.

IBM Amplify 2016, May 16-19, Florida USA

This year, IBM Amplify is focused on customer experience; sessions revolve around customer analytics, digital experience and general marketing topics – all aimed at improving customer experience. Keynote speakers are Lisa Claes – Executive Director, Customer Delivery at ING Direct and Harriet Green – General Manager of IBM Watson Internet of Things, Commerce and Education at IBM. Gartner Digital Marketing Conference, May 17-19, San Diego USA

The analysts at Gartner are always at the cutting edge of emerging trends and technologies, so this conference is the one to attend if you want to stay ahead of the game in the upcoming year. Some ‘Hot topics’ listed are CX design, content marketing and customer journey analytics. Keynote speakers include Julie Hopkins – managing VP of Gartner and Bert Jacobs Co-founder and CEO (Chief Executive Optimist) of Life is Good.

Forrester CXNYC 2016, June 21-22, New York City USA

This year, Forrester are hosting a one-of-a-kind conference focused completely on customer experience. Topics include How to Upgrade CX Measurement Programs and Building a Customer-Centric Culture. Attendees will be able to hear best practices and insights from Forrester analysts, as well as speakers from Ford, Oracle, Etsy and Johnson and Johnson.

CX Strategy and Innovation Leaders Forum, June 23, London UK

This one-day event is aimed at helping attendees develop strategies to keep ahead of customer demands, and features CX professional Colin Shaw and case studies from Nissan Motor Company, AirBnB and British Gas Hive.

Digital Customer Experience Strategies Summit Europe, June 30th – July 1st, London UK

Digital Customer Experience Strategies Summit, September 13-14, Chicago USA

The third annual Digital CX Strategies Summit is dedicated to digital CX innovations, including customer journey mapping, voice of customer and analytics. They also have a European event in London, June 30 – July 1.

Forrester Age of the Customer Exec Summit, November 1–3, California USA

Another CX event by Forrester – this Summit focuses on the principles and leadership styles that senior executives need in order to ensure a customer-centric business strategy. Keynote speakers include Linda Boff – CMO of GE, Mark King – President of adidas North America, and Forrester analysts.

Customer Experience Summit Europe, November 16, London UK

The Customer Experience Summit brings together leading executives from a variety of industries for a series of think tank discussions, focus groups, and analyst Q&A sessions. Topics include Customer Experience, Now and in the Future and Disruptive Technologies Impacting Customer Experience.
