This feature lets you close the loop with visitors when they leave feedback by prompting them for their contact information. You can prompt visitors for the details listed below, as well as customize your feedback form to prompt visitors for any information that's important to you.
Visitors who provide their contact details are telling your company that they're open to further engagement and should be processed as leads. Contact details are essential for all companies that view their website as an important lead-generation channel.
Specific benefits include:
Email leads: Collecting email addresses of visitors who leave feedback allows your company to acknowledge all feedback automatically, as well as follow-up with a personalized email if appropriate.
Many Kampyle customers use the combination of collecting email and Kampyle's auto-reply feature to convert visitors into leads and sales. For example, a well-known international hotel chain offers a discount on rooms in its auto-reply message when visitors cite price as a concern. The result: a 5% increase in conversions with no human intervention required.
Phone leads: Visitors who provide their telephone number are clearly indicating a strong commitment to your site and should be viewed as hot leads.
Newsletter opt-ins: Email newsletters have a proven track record of strengthening customer loyalty and encouraging repeat sales. Kampyle highly recommends using this feature, as it can be the first step in building a lasting relationship with visitors.
All lead data (contact details, feedback, newsletter opt-in) can be exported to an Excel spreadsheet, or directly sent to your to your CRM application.
