Kampyle allows you to use more than one individual feedback form, giving you the ability to match the feedback form's topics to the features and issues relevant to the section in which it was placed. For instance, you can create and use one feedback form in your site's shopping cart process, and another feedback form in your product search process, each with specially fitted categories and subcategories. The more a Feedback Form is adapted to the section it is in (with categories and sub-categories especially coneceived for that process), the more actionable the received feedback will be.

A Feedback Item is an individual feedback instance submitted by a user on a website, using Kampyle's Feedback Form. The higher your service package, the more monthly Feedback Items you'll be able to view. The number of feedbback items stated in the package is a monthly feedback items count, which it renewed every 30 days from registration or upgrade date.

The Advanced Application is the suite of management tools that allow you to maximize your benefit from Kampyle. SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption is a technology that allows sending the data from or to Kampyle over a secure connection, safe from interested parties who may want to use that information. In other words, with SSL encryption you can have Kampyle operating on your website in a fully secured environment. It allows you to place the feedback form on secured pages, and logging in to Kampyle via encrypted access.

The Advanced Reporting is the suite of Feedback Analytics tools that contains the most advanced features of Kampyle's Feedback Analytics section, such as the the General Feedback Info, User Info sections and Google Analytics Integration. These sections will allow to benefit from highly actionable reports that were especially conceived to give you the bottom line of the feedback collected, without the need to read each individual feedback item.

Which package should I choose?

Small website – We recommend starting with the Bronze package. The Bronze package provides you with the required tools to receive and manage your feedback as well as reply to your users.
Medium/Large website – We recommend starting with the Silver package. The Silver Package is equipped with features such as Advanced Reporting and Google Analytics integration, that allow you to better understand your users' feedback, and learn why users behave the way they do on your website. If you are using Google AdWords campaigns, we recommend starting with the Gold package, which includes the Google AdWords Integration feature. With the Gold package, you can improve your campaigns based on users’ feedback, as well as win back users for whose presence on your site you’ve already paid for.

Is there a premium plan for startups, non-profits, personal blogs, etc.?

Kampyle offers a special plan for Startups, Non-Profit organizations as well as personal blogs called the “Express” package.
It includes 1 feedback form, 100 feedback items a month and the Advanced Management Application.

What is the "Special Offer" mentioned in the payment section?

Kampyle offers it's customers a special offer: get 2 months free! You can choose to pay one annual fee in advance, and pay for 10 months instead of 12. You can, of course, choose the monthly payment, and be charged the selected monthly fee.

Will I be able to change my service package in the future?

Kampyle will allow you to upgrade your service package at any time, and the upgrade will take effect immediately. You are also allowed to downgrade your service package at any point; however, the downgrade will only take effect at the end of the billing cycle. Thus, the downgrade will only affect your next payment to Kampyle, and not the present one.

What type of payments does Kampyle take?

Payments to Kampyle are made exclusively through PayPal. Using PayPal, you have the possibility to pay using your PayPal account, or with your credit card. In addition, you are offered the option to choose between paying on a monthly basis, or on an annual basis. You can read more on the subject in Kampyle's Billing Policy page.

If I purchase an account, can I use Kampyle on more than one website?

The capability to manage multiple websites in one Kampyle account is currently being developed. If you own more than a single website and require a solution, please contact us at sales@kampyle.com.

Is there a free feedback form package?

Kampyle offers you several service packages at different costs and billing cycles, among which is the free feedback form package. The Free package is a free service that will allow you to enjoy up to 50 feedback items a month for an unlimited amount of time. The service is limited in features, but will allow you to get acquainted with Kampyle, as well as assess which Kampyle service package is right for you. The Free Package is not, however, a "Trial Version" per se, since it is not limited in time.
