We just closed our traditional Kampyle New Year kick-off meeting. It was a lively exchange of ideas and presentations of the 2012 road maps with our different departments mingling and enjoying excellent tasting food. Adding to our good mood was the fantastic review of an awesome 2011 giving much reason to applaud each and everyone on the team.
A successful 2011 motivating us for an incredible 2012
Whatever plans were made, they all were based on what we learned and achieved in 2011. This was not only an extremely successful year for Kampyle, but one that brought us on the road to refine our Enterprise Feedback Solution. While a blog post is not the forum to publish numbers, 2011 was marked by acquiring more and more mid-level and enterprise customers. The fantastic renewal rates from this client segment were like receiving a medal. Having customers that love your product and service and commit to you again and again, makes you feel appreciated. Adding to this gratification was seeing that more and more of our customers are opting for a yearly subscription model. Out of the many new features we had in 2011, we elected the following as the most influential and valuable for our customers: NPS, Facebook Connect, and Advanced Filters.
A year like this is a mandate for the year to come – to excel even more and to serve our clients even better. We are ready to take on the challenge. Together as a team. As Keren Sofer, one of our Customer Development Managers so nicely said:
