The Kampyle Management Application is able to display statistics on the users' average usage time, if it receives this information from the Uninstallation Wizard.
To send Kampyle the usage-time data, you must send the Kampyle Landing Page a parameter indicating the date on which the software was installed on the user's computer. In case you are not using a Kampyle Landing Page, you should send that parameter directly to the Kampyle Feedback Form.
The extra parameter is named "ind", it must be in the format of "yyyy-mm-dd" and it is sent in the following way:
If you are using the Kampyle Landing Page
In this case, you must add the "ind" parameter to the address of your landing page.
e.g:
If your Kampyle Landing Page's Address is:
You must now send the user to the following Landing Page:
http://www.kampyle.com/sifa/?id=1234567890&ind=2008-02-04
http://www.kampyle.com/sifa/?id=1234567890&ind=2000-01-01
http://www.kampyle.com/sifa/?id=1234567890&ind=2005-05-30
Etc...
If you are using not the Kampyle Landing Page
In this case, you must add the "ind" parameter to the address of your feedback form.
e.g:
