if you are encountering this problem (clicking on Kampyle's feedback button open a window to Kampyle's website instead of the feedback form), it is probably because the javascript was not loaded.
this might happen for 2 reasons:
1. If you have chosen to open the feedback form on secure pages (SSL), but forgot to copy the Kampyle files into your server (or put them in the wrong location). Click here to read more about using Kampyle with SSL.
2. One or more of the javascript elements in the code is missing: in this case, simply re-copy the Kampyle code, as it was originally supplied to you, in your site. To get the code, simply go the "Feedback form" section in the left navigation menu, then choose "feedback form customization" > "embed url" to the right of the appropriate feedback form instance.
